Fit4Mom is dedicated to the Strength in Motherhood. By providing classes and support for moms in every stage of motherhood. Through Fit4Baby's prenatal fitness classes, Stroller Strides, Body Back, and Our Village, women have the opportunity to have a workout and support that is flexible around motherhood.

Come join the funky bunch at this awesome 80's dance party! Pre-funk kicks off at 6:00 pm with dinner to follow at 6:30 pm. Then get ready to get your groove on and boggy the night away.

Drop the kids off at the home of Scott Grant and Debi Huyssoon, where your child will decorate cookies, make Christmas ornaments and build gingerbread houses while you get the day to Christmas shop!

Raise your paddle to enjoy a leisurely summer concert and dinner at the home of Don and Nadine Fuchs. You will be treated to a full dinner with beer, wine and cocktails while you relax along the Willamette River and enjoy the sounds of local legend, Steve Hale!

June 3rd- Cycle Boot Camp & Mimosas!
Join group fitness instructor Katie Marreel for a 1-hour workout at one of the best private fitness studios in Beaverton. Stick around afterwards for Mimosas, power drinks, appetizers and nourishing snacks for all! Spouses can hang out in the front lounge to enjoy snacks and T.V. during the workout.
New to indoor cycling? This is a great way to try it out and get in a good workout with strength training too. The class will alternate between cycling and boot camp drills every 15 minutes.
The time will fly by!

June 9th- Basketball Clinic- 3rd - 5th Grade
Join Coaches Eric Krumland and Craig more on Saturday, June 9th from 1:00 - 4:00 pm at the St. Anthony Gym to perfect your basketball skills. The focus will be on dribbling, passing and shooting. Pizza and drinks will be provided.
