St. Anthony's 2023 Auction “Aces High” Raffle Information

The Auction Team is excited for the return of a destination vacation raffle as part of this year’s 2023 Aces and Eights Annual Auction event!

As with last year, there are only 2,000 tickets available. For this raffle to be successful and help raise funds that directly support our school, we need to sell out! When we meet our goal, St. Anthony will earn $50,000! I know we can do this!


RAFFLE TICKET SALES

Each St. Anthony family (not each individual student) was initially provided with 5 raffle tickets. We strongly encourage each family to sell these, and more! We have updated our BONUS OPTIONS for selling tickets, so please keep reading. You don’t want to miss out!


WHAT CAN I WIN? - CLICK FOR TRIP SPECIFICS

Enjoy a 4-night stay at the exclusive Omni La Costa Resort & Spa in San Diego, CA, for 2 adults. Your stay will include two rounds of golf on PGA Championship 18-hole golf courses with a cart, dinner to Bob’s Steak and Chop House, a $500 gift card to the resort, and roundtrip airfare for 2 adults. Travel must be booked by April 29, 2024.


WHO CAN PURCHASE TICKETS?

Family members, friends and parents can purchase a raffle ticket and be entered into winning an “Aces High” destination trip package for 2 adults.


HOW MUCH DO TICKETS COST?
Each raffle ticket costs $25. There will be a maximum of 2,000 tickets sold. The school will accept cash, and checks made out to: St. Anthony Catholic School. We CANNOT charge your FACTS account.


WHEN DOES THE RAFFLE CLOSE?
All raffle tickets need to be purchased and returned to the Auction Team no later than Friday, April 28, 2023.


HOW WILL THE WINNER BE ANNOUNCED?

The raffle will be drawn during the Annual Action in St. Francis Hall, which takes place on Saturday, April 29, 2023. The winner does not need to be present to win.

WHERE DO I RETURN SOLD RAFFLE TICKETS?

All purchased raffle ticket stubs can be returned to your student(s) teacher, or Mrs. Olsen in the front office. *PLEASE NOTE: Only return the bottom stub with completed contact information. Keep the top portion as your receipt*


WHAT IF I DON’T SELL ALL MY RAFFLE TICKETS?
Any unsold raffle tickets must be returned to the front office or your student(s) teacher.


RAFFLE TICKET BONUSES

We recognize each St. Anthony family spends their time differently and we appreciate any extra time you may have to help the Aces High raffle be a success and sell out! The Auction Team and Mr. Nichol’s are offering the following bonus opportunities: 1. You will receive 1 (one) share hour for selling 5 raffle tickets. 2. There is NO cap on possible earned share hours, unless tickets sell out. 3. The family who sells the most raffle tickets will win a $500 gift certificate to Salishan Coastal Lodge.


*PLEASE NOTE:
You will receive an email confirmation AFTER the Auction if you qualify for bonus share hours. Each family will be required to add these to their account in SchoolSpeak, to receive the bonus share hours. The Auction Team CANNOT enter these on your behalf.*
