Please Download a Donation Form to use when you bring items to the school or fill out the form below and attach your receipt to your item when delivering to the school. Each basket or item needs to have a completed form attached so our team can keep track of your donations. This is the most important step for this year's giving contest and raffle prize drawing.

Please remember:

(1) Please donate new, unused items.
(2) Please do not place a minimum starting bid on your item; no items with a reserve price. 
(3) Placement in the "silent" or "live" auction will be determined by the Auction committee.
(4) Placement in either Online Auction or Gala event will be determined by the Auction committee.
(5) Items may be packaged together by the Auction committee and donor names will be listed in the catalog in the order the item is received.
